Leicester Wedding Photographer Ian Bursill, the Wedding Photojournalist Association's "UK Wedding Photojournalist of the Year 2009"
Based out of Loughborough in Leicestershire, Ian shoots professional wedding photography in a purist documentary style which is also often loosely described as reportage or wedding photojournalism.
He will give no direction on the day (other than during the formal group shots), enabling his couples to get on and enjoy their day without worrying about the photographer taking over.
With a quick eye and a natural and creative flair for anticipating and capturing fleeting moments, Ian's low-key style of photography delivers stunning narrative from an observer's viewpoint and tells the story of the wedding day in a series of natural, emotive and timeless images.
He covers the Midlands area of the UK including Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Warwickshire, Birmingham and Rutland, but is willing to travel throughout the UK.
